Zach and I have recently fallen in love with the art of stuffing croissant rolls with our favorite things. Football Sunday is no acception. We simply take a roll of Pillsbury croissant dough, seperate the dough, top with grated mozzarella and chopped pepperoni. Roll up the dough slices and bake as directed. We keep making new ones, last week for breakfast we used butter, cinnamon and sugar. So yummy!
